Questions couples ask us first.
Clear answers on the traditions we plan, where we work, our preferred partner venues and how to begin.

What planning services do you offer?
Four services: full service planning from the first conversation, partial planning for couples already underway, wedding management for the final weeks and the weekend itself, and destination wedding planning. Packages can be customised around your events.
Can you plan a multi-day Indian wedding weekend?
Yes. Most of our weddings are weekends of four or five events, such as haldi, mehndi, sangeet, baraat, the ceremony and the reception, planned as one continuous timeline. We have planned celebrations from intimate elopements to weekends of more than 500 guests.
Do you plan fusion and interfaith weddings?
Yes. Recent examples include a Bengali and Gujarati Hindu wedding, a Jewish and Christian ceremony at Bella Collina, and a weekend that paired a Sikh ceremony with a vow ceremony at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.
Do you build the timeline around the muhurat?
Yes. When a ceremony has an auspicious time, the entire day is planned backwards from it, including the baraat, the pheras and venue logistics.
How long has Apsara Events been planning weddings?
More than a decade, from our base in Tampa.
Has Apsara Events been featured in the press?
Our weddings have been featured in Maharani Weddings, South Asian Bride, Wedding Style and Mandala Weddings.
